Recruitment Specialist (Sri Lanka) – Remote

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven recruiter who can source, attract, and manage high-quality candidates for UK clients across multiple industries. You will work closely with our UK team, engage with candidates daily, and contribute to the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for UK-based vacancies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with UK consultants to meet hiring targets
- Conduct interviews, CV evaluations, and job briefings
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and meet KPIs
- Deliver an excellent experience to both candidates and stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience working with UK clients or UK candidate markets (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly/monthly targets
- Highly organised with strong time-management skills
