Everything candidates and employers most often ask about working with Top Tier Talentees.
General
We recruit across Health & Care, Education, Technology and Accountancy & Finance, plus Marketing, Creative & PR, Engineering & Manufacturing, Property & Construction, and Hospitality & Facilities - placing skilled people with employers throughout the UK.
We recruit nationwide across England, with hubs serving Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bolton, London and Bradford, and roles available in most major towns and cities.
Career Prep provides CPD-certified training and career preparation - from interview coaching to sector-specific upskilling - helping candidates stand out and progress in their careers.
The Career Prep document packages are fixed prices - what you see is what you pay. Where a range is shown (Switch and Elite), it is a guide: the final scope is agreed on the consultation before any work starts.
Because the work genuinely varies with your headcount, sector and what HR you already have. Rather than publish a number we'd have to caveat, we gap-analyse your setup on a no-obligation call and quote against what's actually missing.
Each card here lists the headline inclusions; the full list lives on the service page it links to. Anything outside that scope - extra sessions, additional policies, sector-specific audits - is quoted separately so you always know what you are paying for.
Yes. Career Prep tiers can be topped up to a higher package, and many employers start with a one-time UKVI setup for the initial application, then move onto the subscription for ongoing compliance once they are sponsoring workers.
No. It is an HR consultancy service, not immigration legal advice. For immigration advice we recommend a regulated adviser or solicitor, and we are happy to coordinate with your legal team.
For Candidates
Browse our live roles and apply directly, or join the talentpool with your CV. A dedicated consultant then matches you to suitable vacancies and supports you through interview preparation, offer and onboarding.
No. Our recruitment services are completely free for candidates - employers pay for placement and the HR services we provide. You'll never be charged to find work through us.
For Employers
Yes. We support employers with sponsor-licence applications, right-to-work checks, DBS and reference vetting, and ongoing compliance - so you can hire skilled workers, including from overseas, with confidence.
Tell us the role, must-haves and start date - one call or the form on this page. We search our talent pool and network, then send you a vetted, right-to-work-checked shortlist rather than a CV dump. We coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding, then check in after placement.
Fees depend on the role, sector and volume of hires - get in touch or submit a vacancy and we'll give you a clear, honest quote before any work begins. There's never a fee to candidates.
Healthcare, adult social care, education, logistics and driving, accounting and finance, technology, construction, hospitality, and sales and marketing - among others. If you don't see your sector, ask us.
Timelines vary by role and sector, but for most positions we provide a vetted, compliance-checked shortlist within days rather than weeks, and manage the process through to a confirmed start date.
Yes. Every candidate we put forward is screened and right-to-work checked before you meet them, with reference and compliance checks appropriate to your sector.
Yes - many employers we recruit for also use us for outsourced HR: contracts, policies, compliance and employee relations. See HR Services for details.
GP Relocation
Yes. Our specialist team handles GP relocation end to end: AHPRA registration, the college pathway, visa and sponsorship, and placement with practices across multiple Australian states.
We currently place GPs in four Australian states: Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia - across city, coastal and regional practices. Tell us the lifestyle you're after and we'll match the practice to it, not the other way round.
You'll need registration with AHPRA (the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency). UK-trained GPs holding MRCGP typically qualify through the RACGP's specialist pathway. We map your qualifications against the current requirements and manage the paperwork with you - see ahpra.gov.au for the official standards.
No. Our relocation support is free for doctors - the practice or employer covers our fees, so you get registration, visa and placement guidance at no cost to you.
It varies with AHPRA processing times and your visa route, but as a rough guide most GP moves take between six and twelve months from first call to first shift. We map out a realistic timeline for your specific situation at the start, so there are no surprises.
Landing support is part of the service: practical help with flights, initial accommodation and settling your family in, plus check-ins through your first weeks in practice. You're not handed off the moment you sign - we stay involved until you're properly settled.
We'll guide you through everything required - including AHPRA medical registration, visa documentation, and any state-specific requirements. Our team supports you at every step so you're not navigating it alone.
We support IMGs through the relocation process, from initial registration guidance to helping you find the right role. Get in touch and we'll walk you through what applies to your specific situation.
Yes - Australia continues to experience strong demand for GPs, particularly outside major metro centres, making it a great time to explore opportunities there.
Register your interest through the enquiry form on this page and our team will match you with suitable roles based on your specialty, experience and preferred location - then support you through the entire relocation process.
HR Services
Outsourced HR means handing day-to-day HR work - contracts, policies, compliance and employee relations - to a specialist partner instead of hiring an in-house HR team. You get the same expertise on tap, without the overhead.
A one-time setup builds your HR function from scratch - contracts, policies, handbook and systems, done once. An ongoing partnership is us acting as your outsourced HR department month to month, handling day-to-day advice and employee relations as they come up. Many clients start with a setup, then move into ongoing support.
It depends on what you already have in place and how much day-to-day support you need. If you're not sure, get in touch and we'll recommend a package based on your team size, sector and current HR setup - there's no obligation.
Yes. Many of our clients are small businesses with no in-house HR at all - our Foundation and Essential HR packages are built for exactly that situation.
Yes. If none of our set packages fit exactly, we'll build a bespoke HR solution around your sector, team size and goals - see the "Need something tailored?" section above.
We work with SMEs across care, education, hospitality and retail, among others - sectors with specific compliance needs like CQC registration, Ofsted readiness or high-turnover, shift-based teams.
On an ongoing partnership, that typically means email or phone-based HR advice, employee-relations support (disciplinaries, grievances, absence), regular check-ins and access to a qualified HR specialist whenever an issue comes up - the exact scope depends on your package.
Yes - on our ongoing partnership packages you'll have a consistent HR contact who knows your business, rather than starting from scratch with someone new each time you get in touch.
After an initial consultation we can typically begin work within a few days. Setup packages are scoped up front so you know the timeline before you commit; ongoing partnerships start as soon as onboarding is complete.
Yes - an HR audit is one of our additional services. We'll assess what you already have against what's required for your sector and flag any gaps, whether or not you take up further support.
Book a free consultation and tell us where you are today. We'll recommend a package - or a bespoke plan - and talk through timelines and next steps. No obligation.
Career Prep
It depends on your situation and budget - use the "Which package?" tool above and answer three quick questions, or get in touch and we'll recommend one directly.
Document-only packages (CV, cover letter, LinkedIn) typically turn around within 3 working days. Coaching packages depend on session availability and are scheduled with you directly after you enquire.
No - and we'd be wary of anyone who says they can. What we do is improve your chances: a stronger CV, a UK-ready LinkedIn profile and genuine interview practice, so you present your best when a real opportunity comes up.
Yes, many of our clients are new to the UK job market - packages cover getting your CV and LinkedIn matched to UK expectations. For visa and right-to-work questions specifically, see our Working in the UK guide.
Career Prep works across the sectors we recruit for - healthcare, care, education, logistics and more - and our team can prepare you for most professional and skilled-worker roles. If you're unsure, ask us before booking.
Document-only packages are paid upfront before work begins. For Elite, Gold and Platinum coaching, final scope and payment are agreed together on your initial consultation, since these are tailored to you.
A consultant will confirm your package and, for document work, gather the details we need (current CV, target roles, LinkedIn access). For coaching packages, we'll book your first session. You'll hear from us within one working day.
