Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern use of the Top Tier Talentees website and services.

Last updated: 25 July 2026. This page is a draft structure pending review by a solicitor - it is not final legal wording.

1. Introduction & acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Top Tier Talentees website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to job seekers, employers, GPs seeking relocation to Australia, and individuals using our Career Prep or HR & Compliance services.

3. Job seeker terms

You may use our job search and application features to apply for roles we advertise. Our job placement services are free for candidates - we are paid by the employers we place with. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in applications and CVs. While we work hard to match you with the right roles, we do not guarantee placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes.

4. Employer terms

Employers using our recruitment services agree to provide accurate job listings and role information. Placement fees, invoicing schedules and any guarantee or replacement terms are set out in your individual terms of business with us.

5. HR & compliance services

The scope of each HR consultancy package is described on our HR Services page and confirmed with you before work begins. Our HR services are consultancy in nature and do not constitute legal or immigration advice.

6. Career Prep services

The scope of each CV, document and coaching package is described on our Career Prep page. Turnaround times stated there are estimates made in good faith, not guarantees, and may be subject to reasonable delay.

7. GP relocation services

Our GP relocation service provides registration guidance, visa documentation support and job matching for doctors relocating to Australia. Top Tier Talentees does not provide immigration legal advice - for formal immigration advice, we recommend consulting a regulated immigration adviser or solicitor. Registration and visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities, and we cannot guarantee approval outcomes.

8. User accounts

Where a service involves an account or registration (for example, joining our talentpool), you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used in breach of these terms or for misuse of our services.

9. Intellectual property

All website content, branding and materials remain the property of Top Tier Talentees unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reproduce our content without permission.

10. Submitted content

CVs, cover letters, messages and other content you submit via our forms are used solely to provide the relevant service. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how your data is handled.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Tier Talentees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

12. Third-party links & services

Our site may link to third-party services (for example social media platforms, Google services, or official regulators such as AHPRA). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
