About the Role
We are seeking qualified and motivated General Practitioners (GPs) to join healthcare services across the Northern Territory, Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for doctors looking to expand their clinical experience, progress towards Australian Fellowship, and potentially secure a pathway to Permanent Residency.
Working within a supportive and well-governed clinical environment, you will provide high-quality primary healthcare services while gaining exposure to a diverse patient population across community and emergency medicine settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Provide preventative healthcare, health education, and health promotion activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and specialist services.
- Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and continuing professional development activities.
- Support teaching and mentoring opportunities where applicable.
Essential Requirements
- MRCGP Qualification.
- AHPRA Provisional Registration or eligibility for registration.
- AMC Clinical Examination (Part 2) completed.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
