What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people in the UK (schools, childcare, youth work, tutoring)
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusive practice, and positive behavior support
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- Teaching Assistant qualification (or willingness to train)
- Experience supporting SEND pupils (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)
- Previous experience in UK school settings
- Training in safeguarding, behavior management, or first aid
