A fantastic opportunity is available for a General Practitioner to join a practice in Picton, NSW, a DPA-approved location. This role is exclusively for doctors on the Expedited Specialist Pathway, offering a fast-tracked route to fellowship and independent practice, along with strong earning potential from day one.

Successful candidates will complete a 6-month off-site mentorship with the practice owner before moving into fully independent practice.

Eligibility:

Expedited Specialist Pathway only (MRCGP + CCT, UK/Ireland/NZ)
Assessed as "substantially comparable" by AHPRA – fast-tracked fellowship
No on-site supervision required
6-month off-site mentorship, then independent practice

Benefits:

70% of billings to the doctor
Guaranteed income of $150/hour for the first 3 months
$10,000 relocation allowance
Visa support, including assistance through the 482 process
