General Practitioner - NT, Australia

About the role

We are on the lookout for an experienced General Practitioner for a Northern Territory posting across Emergency and community GP settings. This role suits Specialist Registration holders or candidates with a recognised Family Medicine/GP specialist qualification who have received a Comparable Assessment Outcome (or have an application awaiting outcome), Australian General Registration holders currently practising in AU are also welcome to apply. The role requires only minimal on-site supervision (Level 3 or above), with CAP/Expedited Pathway candidates preferred. On offer is a base salary of $180K–$270K plus shift penalties and on-call allowances, with an additional $100K–$170K available through remote attraction, practitioner, professional development, and retention bonuses depending on role and tenure. Candidates can expect 50% Medicare billings across ED or community GP work, 6+ weeks annual leave, study leave, superannuation, and relocation support.
