PopularHands-on support for complex team challenges.
Compare all packagesEmployers dealing with people problems, not just paperwork — a grievance, a performance issue, persistent absence. Partner HR is for when you want someone handling it with you rather than advising from a distance.
Hands-on employee relations support: disciplinary and grievance processes run properly, absence managed, performance conversations guided, and recruitment supported when you're hiring. Regular check-ins mean things get raised before they escalate.
The monthly figure depends on your headcount and the ongoing load. The call establishes what's currently on your plate, and we quote against that.

How pricing works
The Career Prep document packages are fixed prices - what you see is what you pay. Where a range is shown (Switch and Elite), it is a guide: the final scope is agreed on the consultation before any work starts.
Because the work genuinely varies with your headcount, sector and what HR you already have. Rather than publish a number we'd have to caveat, we gap-analyse your setup on a no-obligation call and quote against what's actually missing.
Each card here lists the headline inclusions; the full list lives on the service page it links to. Anything outside that scope - extra sessions, additional policies, sector-specific audits - is quoted separately so you always know what you are paying for.
Yes. Career Prep tiers can be topped up to a higher package, and many employers start with a one-time UKVI setup for the initial application, then move onto the subscription for ongoing compliance once they are sponsoring workers.
No. It is an HR consultancy service, not immigration legal advice. For immigration advice we recommend a regulated adviser or solicitor, and we are happy to coordinate with your legal team.
