How it works

End-to-end HR setup, then a dedicated fractional HR partner and monthly compliance checks, a quarterly UKVI health check, support across the Certificate of Sponsorship lifecycle, management of your UKVI reporting, and an unlimited HR advice retainer — £395 a month.

An HR compliance service, not immigration legal advice. We build and maintain the systems UKVI expects to see; we can't guarantee a Home Office decision, and for immigration advice you want a regulated adviser.

The Career Prep document packages are fixed prices - what you see is what you pay. Where a range is shown (Switch and Elite), it is a guide: the final scope is agreed on the consultation before any work starts.

Because the work genuinely varies with your headcount, sector and what HR you already have. Rather than publish a number we'd have to caveat, we gap-analyse your setup on a no-obligation call and quote against what's actually missing.

Each card here lists the headline inclusions; the full list lives on the service page it links to. Anything outside that scope - extra sessions, additional policies, sector-specific audits - is quoted separately so you always know what you are paying for.
